MWP made a complete restoration of the building, we repaint all the interior and exterior (texture paint) surfaces, restoration of cracks installing 7000 dryfix bars and then patching the bricks to match the color, scaffolding, replaced all the damaged windows, we had to do repointing in some of the walls to avoid the undesirable entrance of water and also drying out the cavities. Our team had to remove the old caulking in the construction joins and then caulking again all the construction joins. We also remove the old membrane of waterproofing and applie a new one
